The objective of WP3 is to concretise this process of operational and mindset transformation of VET practitioners through the development of an innovative operational model that enables operators to embrace development opportunities proposing themselves as additional service providers to those of VET.
The aim of WP3 is precisely to operationalise the results of WP2 in such a way that business development tools can be used internally to promote this ‘mentality shift’ that VET institutions can undertake to better contribute to the socio-economic development of their territories.
For this reason, WP3 is also directly linked to the following project OBJECTIVES:
GENERAL OBJECTIVE: WP3 allows to support innovation and competitiveness‘ of VET because’ the operational tools developed in WP3 enable greater resilience of VET providers who have the potential to function as ‘agents of change’ as providers of integrated services for the human resource and professional value chains of the intervention context.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE 3: WP3 aims at supporting the diversification process of VET institutions (thus, business diversification and business transformation, key concepts at the core of our proposal) free VET institutions from the protectionist dynamics of public funding, which is certainly a guarantee, but at the same time dangerous in the long run as it generates limited and lax visions.
